How to Report a Defective Product
If your experience with a product you purchased at ÜMI was less-than-stellar, fear not: our team's here to do all we can to make it right.
1. Take a clear photo.

Include the product in its original packaging, if possible

Ensure the product label and any damage or defect is clearly visible
2. Write a short description.

Tell us what happened: Is the product damaged, malfunctioning, or otherwise unsatisfactory?

Include where and when you purchased it

Optional but helpful: batch number or receipt (if available)
3. E-mail us.

E-mail everything to defective@umidispensary.com
4. Sit tight!
Once we receive your email, our support team will:

Review your submission within 2–3 business days

Reach out with any follow-up questions

Determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate based on the issue and available documentation
