If you believe you've procured a defective or compromised product at ÜMI, please follow the steps below so our team can review the issue and respond quickly.

How to Report a Defective Product

1. Take a clear photo.

  • Include the product in its original packaging, if possible

  • Ensure the product label and any damage or defect is clearly visible

2. Write a short description.

  • Tell us what happened: Is the product damaged, malfunctioning, or otherwise unsatisfactory?

  • Include where and when you purchased it

  • Optional but helpful: batch number or receipt (if available)

3. E-mail us.

4. Sit tight!

Once we receive your email, our support team will:

  • Review your submission within 2–3 business days

  • Reach out with any follow-up questions

  • Determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate based on the issue and available documentation

⚠️ Please Note:

  • We cannot process requests without both a photo and a written description

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

  • UMI Dispensary reserves the right to deny compensation if products have been used improperly or are outside of our return policy
